As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for coordinating resident care management, providing direct nursing care, and supervising staff.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and implement individualized health care plans in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of patient progress.
  • Conduct regular rounds to assess resident needs and provide personalized care, collaborating with physicians as needed.
  • Supervise aides in the performance of their duties, monitoring work quality and assigning tasks accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident status, including acute episodes or significant changes, and communicate effectively with healthcare team members.
Requirements:
  • Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and hold current Texas licensure as a Registered Nurse.
  • Minimum one year of related experience, preferably in long-term care settings.
  • Current CPR certification required.
  • Ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally and walk/stoop/kneel frequently, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
