Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Medical Equipment and Supplies: Safely transport medical equipment and supplies to customers, adhering to all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.
  • Instruct Patients on Equipment Use: Provide clear instructions to patients on the safe and appropriate use of medical equipment, ensuring they understand how to properly utilize the equipment.
  • Follow Patient Orientation Checklists: Conduct thorough patient orientations, following established checklists to ensure patients are properly trained on new equipment.
  • Conduct Daily Deliveries: Establish and maintain a daily delivery schedule, adhering to assigned routes and time schedules.
  • Establish and Maintain Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with customers and internal team members, ensuring exceptional customer service and support.
  • Maintain Delivery Vehicle and Warehouse: Ensure the cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicles and warehouses, adhering to all FDA protocols.
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License: Maintain a valid driver's license for the appropriate class of vehicle driven while employed.
  • Age Requirement: Be at least 18-21 years of age or older, with some states allowing 18-year-olds to drive certain vehicles.
Physical Demands

The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 120 pounds.
