Key Responsibilities- Provide direct clinical patient care to assigned patients on a per shift basis, ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care.
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized patient care plans, taking into account the patient's medical history, physical condition, and treatment goals.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to other nursing staff, ensuring that all patients receive the highest level of care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Graduation from a state-approved school of nursing or an accredited school.
- Current licensure, certification, or registration to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Massachusetts.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (if applicable).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
