Category Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Buyer/Category Manager to join our team at Lucky 21. This role is responsible for developing and implementing assortment architecture strategies, ensuring trend-relevant products meet strong price value requirements.

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of prior buying, planning or merchandising experience and possess strong communication skills, organizational and time management abilities. They should be detail-oriented, with excellent critical thinking, decision-making, analytical and negotiation skills.

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000-$110,000 per year, depending on experience.

1. Develop and implement assortment architecture strategies to maximize profitability and sales.
2. Partner with leadership and vendor community to execute strategies.
3. Analyze business reports daily to understand trends, sell-thru, and ensure financial targets are being met.

• Bachelor's degree
• 5-7 years prior buying, planning or merchandising experience
