As a key member of the Compass Group Careers team, the Executive Chef will oversee all culinary functions for a dining account, managing a team of associates and ensuring safety and sanitation standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage cost controls and expenditures for the account
- Plan and create menus that meet customer expectations
- Purchase and manage inventory to ensure efficient operations
- Develop and implement new culinary programs in collaboration with the marketing and culinary teams
Requirements:
- Culinary degree preferred
- Three to five years of culinary management experience
- High-volume production and catering experience is essential
- Previous experience managing cost controls
- Desire to learn and grow with a top-notch foodservice company
