Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional RV Sales Associate to join our team at Bish's RV INC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling new and pre-owned recreational vehicles to customers.

Sales Performance:

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by effectively utilizing the company's proven sales process
  • Create opportunities through various channels including phone, email, social media, and in-person interactions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer needs and preferences to match them with the right RV product
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and referrals
  • Participate in sales events, trade shows, and other marketing activities to promote our products

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the automotive or RV industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
