We are seeking a highly motivated Logistics Associate to join our team at S.P. Richards Company.

**Job Summary:**

The Logistics Associate will be responsible for pulling orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely delivery to customers. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Pull all orders according to the prescribed picking quota set by management
  • Basic navigation on the computer is required
  • Use of voice picking and RF scanning equipment is mandatory
  • Adhere to Stockroom Housekeeping Policy and specific product line area requirements

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Must be functionally literate and capable of understanding product numbers and line codes
  • Able to read, write legibly, and communicate effectively with the voice picking system

**Benefits:*

**Physical Demands:**

The Logistics Associate will be required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers to handle products, reach with hands and arms, talk or hear, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Occasional use of a forklift is also required. Certification is necessary.
