BluePearl Vet, LLC is seeking a dedicated Ophthalmic Veterinary Specialist to enhance our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in diagnosing and treating eye-related conditions in companion animals.

Key Responsibilities:
As an Ophthalmic Veterinary Specialist, your duties will include:
1. Conducting fundamental ophthalmic diagnostic assessments, such as tear quantity evaluations and glaucoma tests.
2. Assisting in advanced diagnostic procedures, including retinal electrical function tests.
3. Preparing for and supporting surgical interventions aimed at restoring vision and comfort, ranging from outpatient procedures to intricate surgeries.
4. Performing surgical operations, including eyelid corrections, cherry eye repairs, corneal grafts, cataract removals, retinal surgeries, and glaucoma treatments.
5. Receiving anesthesia training with guidance from our anesthesia experts.
6. Organizing and maintaining specialized ophthalmic tools and materials.
