Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure optimal inventory levels of all medical supplies.
  • Conduct regular stock assessments weekly to maintain inventory standards; collaborate with vendors, manage supply lists, and procure necessary materials to sustain adequate stock.
  • Draft communications and claims regarding damaged goods, shipment discrepancies, etc., and process returns to suppliers as needed.
  • Adhere to established budgetary guidelines.
  • Timely creation and submission of supply charge documentation to the Business Office.
  • Fulfill approved supply requests for various departments in line with established protocols.
  • Undertake additional related tasks as assigned.
NHC HealthCare Greenville offers a competitive starting wage of $10.00 per hour for part-time positions.
