We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Mercy. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to our mission of bringing healing and hope to our communities.
Responsibilities- Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patients for adverse reactions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between departments.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health and wellness.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
- Current RN licensure in the hiring state and/or compact licensure.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- One or more of the following certifications may be required based on the position/unit: ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, CPHON, OCN, PALS, PEARS, or C-EFM.
