We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated professional to take on the role of Director of Nursing at Falls City Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Compensation Package:
Starting Salary: $100K

You will receive support from Regional Clinical Resources and collaboration with fellow Directors of Nursing in our market.
Relocation assistance may be available.

Primary Responsibilities:
As the Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, developing, and overseeing the Nursing Department's operations in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. You will work closely with the Administrator and Medical Director to ensure the highest quality of care is consistently delivered.

Key Duties Include:
- Recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating management staff within the department.
- Maintaining 24-hour accountability for nursing services and coordinating all nursing activities.
- Conducting rounds to ensure clinical compliance and performing periodic checks on residents' conditions.
- Coordinating clinical services to uphold standard interventions for resident care.
- Addressing quality of service issues and taking corrective actions as necessary.
- Investigating complaints and concerns as they arise.
- Reviewing documentation for clinical compliance and following up as needed.
- Supervising all nursing activities within the department.
- Ensuring appropriate coaching and disciplinary actions are implemented in accordance with policies.
- Evaluating the performance and skills of nursing staff.
- Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Valid nursing and CPR certification.
- Current RN license in Nebraska (or a compact state).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Director of Nursing.
- At least 2 years of experience in a skilled nursing facility.
- Ability to learn and implement administrative policies and procedures while executing job responsibilities with professionalism and accuracy.
- Capacity to foster a compassionate and supportive atmosphere for residents and staff.
