Position Overview:

The Custodial Worker plays a vital role in supporting the mission of Human Technologies, Inc. by ensuring that assigned areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Execute cleaning duties to meet the expectations of the Project Supervisor and clients.
  2. Maintain the exterior premises by removing litter and snow as instructed by the Project Supervisor.
  3. Complete all required training programs.
  4. Keep all cleaning equipment, storage spaces, and supply closets organized and presentable at all times.
  5. Represent the organization professionally, including adhering to appropriate dress codes.
  6. Report any accidents or safety concerns to the Project Supervisor without delay.
  7. Foster a collaborative working relationship with the Project Supervisor and fellow team members.
  8. Adhere to safety protocols to ensure the well-being of oneself and others.
  9. Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Project Supervisor or their delegate.

Qualifications:

  1. Must be able to meet the physical demands of the role, including frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
  2. Ability to follow directions accurately.
  3. Capable of lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds safely.
  4. Must successfully pass any necessary background checks as required by federal, state, or local regulations.
