About the Role:

Marcum LLP is seeking an experienced AI Analyst to join their internal IT department and innovative AI team. The ideal candidate will have professional experience in AI model training, fine-tuning, and management, as well as a strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and data analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Post-Model Training and Fine-Tuning: Refine and enhance the performance of our AI to exceed benchmarks.
  • Prompt Engineering: Craft compelling and effective prompts to extract the maximum potential from AI models, ensuring optimal interaction and output quality.
  • Testing Multiple Models: Rigorously test a variety of AI models to determine their effectiveness, reliability, and suitability for various business applications.
  • Creative AI Utilization: Conceptualize and develop groundbreaking ways to integrate AI into our core business practices, boosting efficiency and unlocking new possibilities.
  • Customer Interface: Work directly with clients to discover new and innovative use cases for AI, ensuring our technology meets their evolving needs and adds value to their business.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with teams across the company to support AI implementation, providing insights and expertise to drive success.

Requirements:

  • Proven and professional experience in AI model training, fine-tuning, and management.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and data analytics.
  • Solid understanding of prompt engineering concepts and at least 1 or 2 years of practical experience in the field.
  • Experience working with LLM models such as GPT 3.5, GPT 4, Claude, Mistral, or Llama 2.
  • Familiarity with machine learning, natural language processing, and AI development tools is a plus.
  • Experience with programming in python or C# .NET.
  • Creative problem-solving skills with a knack for innovative thinking.
  • Exceptional, professional level communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
  • The ability to be detail-oriented with a keen eye for identifying areas of improvement.
  • The ability to work in a team environment and be a team player who thrives in collaborative and dynamic environments.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
