Key Responsibilities

As a Front Desk Agent, you will be instrumental in enhancing the guest experience. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of administrative tasks and serve as the first point of contact for guests, establishing the atmosphere for their visit. Familiarity with hotel standards, guest expectations, and local attractions will be essential.

Daily Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Willingness to work morning, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
