Music Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Music Therapist to join our team at New Horizons Rehabilitation Inc. in Brookville and Connersville. As a Music Therapist, you will play a vital role in assisting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to reach their individual goals.

• Use music in a nurturing and therapeutic environment to develop relationships and improve communication and expressive skills.
• Foster a positive relationship with the individuals you support, utilizing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Utilize critical thinking and organizational skills to support individuals in reaching their goals.
• Remain flexible and adaptable to support individuals in achieving their objectives.

• Eighteen (18) years of age or older.
• Bachelor's Degree in Music.
• Certification from the Board for Music Therapists.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Complete required training, including First Aid/CPR certification.
