Job Summary

This role involves selecting subcontractors for various tasks, overseeing the execution of work, and managing any customer supplements or change orders.

The Construction Supervisor will conduct a final walkthrough upon project completion.
Responsibilities
  • Secure and estimate construction projects
  • Assign appropriate subcontractors to tasks
  • Develop accurate budgets for subcontractors to ensure overall project profitability
  • Oversee and manage construction initiatives
  • Assist with collections as necessary
  • Prepare repair estimates using Xactimate
Qualifications
  • Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills - Daily interaction with clients is expected.
  • A solid background in residential construction
  • Demonstrated ability to manage 10 to 20 projects simultaneously
  • Xactimate estimation skills are preferred; proficiency in Microsoft products is required.
  • Knowledge of insurance is beneficial but not mandatory.

Physical requirements include the ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands for handling tasks, reach with hands and arms, and communicate effectively.

Must be capable of regularly lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds.
Participation in an on-call schedule is required.
