Position Summary:
We are seeking a full-time Service Technician responsible for the installation, replacement, and maintenance of specialized vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and service transport vehicles
- Interpret and review customized work orders
- Fabricate metal components as necessary
- Conduct electrical tasks, including wiring installation and removal
- Remove and install cabinetry
- Replace and install new cabinets, countertops, windows, and furniture (e.g., beds, chairs, couches)
- Service or install copper lines and other mechanical components required for the vehicles.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Proficient in using various tools and equipment
- Understanding of safety standards and commitment to using personal protective equipment
- Mechanical aptitude is advantageous
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to meet service goals
- Physically capable of standing, walking, bending, pushing, and pulling throughout the shift
- Able to lift 25-50 lbs.
