Certified Nursing Assistant/Resident Attendant Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant/Resident Attendant to join our team at Parker Health Group, Inc. in Monroe Township, New Jersey.

Job Summary

The Certified Nursing Assistant/Resident Attendant will provide high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met in a warm and compassionate environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and assistance to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as toileting, feeding, and transferring
  • Monitor and report any changes in resident condition to the nursing staff
  • Participate in activities and programs designed to promote resident engagement and well-being
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Requirements
  • Certified Nurse's Assistant (CNA) certification from the New Jersey Department of Health & Senior Services, in good standing
  • High School graduate or GED
  • Ability to deal with others in a diplomatic, tactful, and confidential manner
  • Ability to read, write, and be understood in the English language
  • Flu vaccine required, or receive an exemption prior to employment
  • Covid-19 vaccination documentation will be requested for reporting purposes
