CQI Specialist
About the Role:This is a full-time position located in North Central Massachusetts.
Responsibilities:- Collaborate with diverse staff and stakeholders to improve the quality of services within the Residential Services Division and agency.
- Support LUK's commitment to quality services and ensure CQI is reflected in the systems and structures we have established to promote a culture of quality, stakeholder participation, and our ongoing efforts to improve outcomes and efficiencies.
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft products (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Typing, grammar, and organizational skills
- 6-10 years of relevant experience preferred
This position offers a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Bilingual/bicultural candidates are encouraged to apply.
