About You
  • You possess substantial experience in maintaining conveyor systems and associated control mechanisms.
  • Your hands-on expertise includes the replacement and repair of various components such as bearings, rollers, conveyor belts, and motors.
  • You are adept at interpreting schematics and troubleshooting basic panel indicators.
  • You demonstrate professionalism and integrity in all interactions with customers, vendors, and team members.
  • You are driven to continuously enhance your skills and performance as a maintenance engineer.
Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate mechanical, pneumatic, and electronic controls to improve operational efficiency and maintain optimal building conditions.
  • Oversee building maintenance, preventive maintenance, and repair tasks, ensuring effective parts management.
  • Collaborate with technology teams and vendors to maximize system stability and performance.
  • Support the implementation of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and automation projects.
  • Maintain and repair facility systems, including conveyor systems and their control components.
  • Train and supervise team members as necessary.
  • Utilize manuals and technical resources to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
  • Respond to operational inquiries and resolve facility-related challenges.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience with industrial machinery.
  • 1-3 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Experience with HMI control systems interfacing with warehouse management systems.
  • Proven track record in maintaining conveyor belt systems.
  • Ability to adapt to changing work environments and demonstrate flexibility.
  • Strong customer service and technical support skills.
  • Capacity to work collaboratively across various levels of the organization.
  • Willingness to travel as required to support the distribution network.
  • Flexibility to provide off-hours support as needed.

Note: This position is not eligible for Corp-to-Corp (C2C) or Visa (H1b) transfer or sponsorship.

The anticipated pay rate for this role begins at $45.00/hour (approximately $90K annually), commensurate with experience, alongside comprehensive benefits including a matched 401K and bonus structure.
