Physical Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team at MultiCare Health System. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in evaluating, planning, and implementing medically prescribed treatment programs for patients to restore functions, relieve pain, and prevent disability following disease or injury.
Responsibilities- Evaluate patients to determine the extent of their functional limitations and develop a treatment plan to address these limitations.
- Implement treatment interventions, such as exercises, manual therapy, and education, to help patients achieve their goals.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based treatments.
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of Washington.
- Successful completion of a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program from an accredited institution.
- Experience working with patients with a variety of diagnoses and conditions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
