About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join ANSER as a Director of Cyber Policy and be part of a team that enhances national and homeland security by strengthening public institutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective cybersecurity policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with government clients and contractors to ensure compliance with CMMC requirements.
  • Provide expert advice on cybersecurity matters.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field
  • Active DoD Top Secret Security Clearance
  • 12 years progressive relevant experience in cybersecurity policy and program management.
  • 8 years' experience in a leadership role within a large DoD program.
  • PMP certification.
  • Expert knowledge of CMMC, NIST, and other relevant cybersecurity standards.

Salary: $160,000 - $180,000 per year
