Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Theatrical Performer to join our team at Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center. As a key member of our entertainment team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional theatrical experiences for our guests while in character.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform skits or plays solo or with other actors to engage and entertain guests.
  • Promote a fun and comfortable atmosphere for guests by being a confident and charismatic performer.
  • Practice and maintain performance skills to ensure high-quality entertainment for our guests.
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management and complete safety training and certifications.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, including maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information and protecting company assets.
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards and anticipate and address their service needs.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues to reach common goals.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • Public performance and entertainment experience.
  • No supervisory experience required.
  • No license or certification required.
