Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000-$80,000, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including employer-paid medical premiums, dental, vision, life insurance, long-term disability, 401(k), paid time off, and more.

Job Responsibilities

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for:

  • Troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment issues
  • Performing corrective and preventive maintenance tasks
  • Maintaining a high level of safety and quality

Requirements

To qualify for this position, you should have:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • An Associate's Degree in a relevant mechanical/technical field or related work experience
  • A minimum of two years of experience in an operations environment with a strong technical skillset

Travel Requirements

You will be required to travel to Freeburg, MO for approximately 12 months for training.
