Job Title: Digital Banking Officer

About the Job:

This role exists to provide exceptional service, complete transactions, and offer problem resolution for members through various digital communication channels. The primary function is to open new accounts, promote, and sell credit union products and services. Additionally, this position prepares loan applications for decision, disburses funds, and communicates approval or denial to the member.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete member inquiries and transactions in a timely and professional manner.">
• Process, review, and make decisions on loan and new account applications through digital communication sources.">
• Accountable for accuracy of new account and loan applications, collecting verification as needed.">
• Analyze credit reports and cross-sell credit union products to put members in the best financial situation possible.">
• Disbursing loans using e-sign products to provide a complete digital experience for our membership.">
• Assist in solving member complaints, referring to department leadership when necessary.">
• Act as a subject matter expert for members on digital communication platforms.">
• Outbound calling to members for additional onboarding when needed.">
• Troubleshoot members' digital banking using proper programs and tools.">

Requirements:

We are looking for a highly skilled individual with a strong background in customer service and sales. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, a professional, pleasant, and outgoing personality, and the ability to perform under pressure.

The selected candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent and three to five years of similar or related experience. Thorough knowledge of Credit Consumer laws, knowledge of all laws and regulations regarding this position, and the ability to calculate loan payments and rates are also required.
