Responsibilities:

  • Therapeutic Excellence: Develop and implement effective therapy plans to address speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
  • Resident Engagement: Work closely with residents and their families to set and achieve communication goals.
  • Collaborative Care: Partner with our interdisciplinary team to provide holistic care and ensure optimal outcomes for our residents.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of therapy sessions and progress.

Requirements:

  • A licensed Speech Therapist with a passion for helping others communicate and thrive.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.
  • Experience in a long-term care setting is a plus, but enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are key.

Hourly Rate: $45-$48

Sign on Bonus: $3500 available
