Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Breakthru Beverage Group. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for cultivating and growing on-premise account relationships to maximize the sales of beer, wine, and spirits brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and grow on-premise account relationships to maximize sales of beer, wine, and spirits brands
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales and merchandising objectives
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers
- Manage customer account receivables and process credits and returns in a timely manner
- Stay up-to-date on company pricing and product programming information and maintain accurate historical account purchase information
- Work with management to understand and manage inventory levels and alert management to possible fluctuations in demand
- Attain standards of performance goals by achieving distribution, volume, and activity goals of supplier brands
- Ensure maximum brand visibility within accounts by maintaining account standards and using effective and current point of sale materials
- Collect and deliver payments from customers where legally permissible
- Support account openings by developing opening orders for new accounts in collaboration with Field Sales Manager
- Participate in effective supplier work with sales calls and sales blitzes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or equivalent training and work experience
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Sales
- Basic PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs including presentation software
- Results-oriented professional with verbal/written communication skills using diplomacy and discretion as well as customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail and meet deadlines
- Analytic and Reporting skills
- Utilize sound judgement and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, team environment
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must possess a valid Driver's License
- Must have reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance

- Selects best option from a set of defined procedures/solutions using common sense and experience of similar situations
