Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant Position

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in providing high-quality home health care. Our ideal candidate will deliver personalized therapy services to patients in the comfort of their homes.
About the JobThe successful candidate will be responsible for examining and assessing patients' physical conditions, developing personalized treatments to help patients improve mobility, function, and strength, informing patients and their families about safety precautions and therapeutic approaches, monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary, and maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with company and state requirements.
This is a contract position with opportunities for career advancement and specialization. The ideal candidate will have an Associate's degree in a Physical Therapy Assistant Program and a valid Physical Therapist Assistant License in Texas. Prior experience in home health care, acute or skilled nursing care is preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities- Examine and assess patients' physical conditions.
- Develop personalized treatments to help patients improve mobility, function, and strength.
- Inform patients and their families about safety precautions and therapeutic approaches.
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with company and state requirements.

- Valid Physical Therapist Assistant License in Texas.
- Prior experience in home health care, acute or skilled nursing care is preferred.
