Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans to meet the needs of our residents and patients
  • Attend to daily operations of the unit, assuming leadership roles as needed
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements
  • Formal working knowledge equivalent to an Associate's degree in nursing
  • Less than one year of experience in a skilled nursing facility
  • License for Practical Nursing and AHA BLS CPR Certification
