We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Supervising Engineer to join our team at Parsons Oman. As a key member of our Federal Solutions team, you will be responsible for providing civil engineering design for challenging US Government projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a group of five or more Engineers and design personnel, directing technical engineering assignments and coordinating project staffing.
  • Help define scope of work, design criteria, schedule, standards, and procedures for project assignments.
  • Determine budget estimates and staffing requirements for the defined scope and schedule.
  • Travel to site locations as required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 20+ years of related work experience.
  • Office design experience required.
  • Professional Engineer registration in State of California is required.
  • Must be eligible for a government security clearance, which requires proof of US citizenship.
  • Experience working with government/military agencies' infrastructure improvement projects is highly desired.
Preferred Skills:
  • Reviews work produced to ensure applicable codes, standards, and procedures are followed and quality is acceptable.
  • Monitors productivity and technical proficiency of assigned personnel.
  • Provides technical direction, making decisions and/or obtaining additional technical staff assistance as the situation warrants.
  • Promotes technical excellence on the project, including furthering the Quality Improvement Process.
