Job Description

Crystal Clean, LLC is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Sales and Service Representative.

Job Summary

The Sales and Service Representative will be responsible for engaging with customers, promoting safe work behaviors, and developing new business opportunities in a specific geographic area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing and new customers
  • Align work orders to minimize mileage and travel time
  • Inspect vehicle and equipment for safe operation
  • Service existing customers by exchanging solvent or aqueous fluids, removing drum wastes, and servicing parts washers and other equipment
  • Pursue additional services with existing accounts
  • Assess potential customer needs, present Crystal Clean products and services, and develop new customers
  • Develop sales leads for Data-Marketing
  • Complete all required paperwork accurately and neatly
  • Maintain compliance with all applicable Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements
  • Achieve sales quotas for total revenue and new customer development
  • Adhere to all corporate policies and standards, including environmental, health, and safety (EHS), human resources, facility, equipment, operations, and maintenance

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Must have or be qualified to obtain and maintain a Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and Med Card with Airbrake and HAZMAT
  • Motor vehicle record (MVR) that meets or exceeds Crystal Clean's published standards
  • Ability to wear personal protective equipment, including a respirator, steel toe boots, gloves, uniform, safety glasses, reflective vest, and hard hats
  • Frequent lifting of materials that typically weigh 54-80lbs
  • Frequent pushing/pulling of 16-55 gallon drums of waste/product using Crystal Clean-approved equipment for safe material handling

Work Environment

The Sales and Service Representative will work in a variety of environments, including outdoor settings, and will be required to see, talk, hear, reach, stand, walk, drive frequently, and comfortably use electronic devices and other office equipment.
