**Job Description**

We are seeking a detail-oriented Single-Family Bilingual Leasing Consultant to manage the end-to-end leasing process for our single-family homes. This includes lead generation, lease signings, and ensuring accurate lease documentation.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. Manage showings of available single-family properties to prospective tenants.
  2. Screen tenant applications for creditworthiness and background checks.
  3. Negotiate lease terms and ensure compliance with all housing laws and regulations.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service to potential and current tenants.
  5. Collaborate with the property management team to ensure properties are ready for occupancy.

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience in leasing or real estate preferred.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software.
