Logistics Coordinator

AMTRACO is a global holding company seeking a skilled professional to manage its logistics and delivery operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong decision-making skills, proficiency in software management, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate labeling and quantities
• Maintain Vendor Managed Inventory programs at customer locations
• Unload products at customer locations and obtain signatures on packing slips
• Secure packages to prevent damage during shipping
• Pick up and drop off racks at customer locations, adhering to customer directions
• Drive routes covering FL, TN, GA, MS, and AL
• Work in the production facility when not making deliveries and pickups

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with at least 5 years of experience
• No moving violations on record
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and VMI software
• Able to lift 50+ pounds
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a team setting, multitask, and prioritize tasks

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Associates degree and/or bachelor's degree preferred
