About the Role
The Senior Philanthropy Manager will play a critical role in leading our fundraising efforts and building strong relationships with donors and stakeholders. The estimated salary for this position is $100,000 - $125,000 per year, depending on experience. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to maximize growth, leading the Major Gifts/Individuals Team, and overseeing donor relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement fundraising strategies to meet or exceed annual goals
  • Lead the Major Gifts/Individuals Team and oversee donor relationships
  • Manage and personally solicit major gifts donors and coordinate the cultivation of new prospects
  • Create fundraising strategies to wrap around events, initiatives, and programmatic work
  • Partner closely with the Marketing team to develop strong communications and recognition of donors and prospects

Requirements
To perform this job successfully, you must have at least 10 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising or related experience, with relevant positions increasing in responsibility and scope. You should also have excellent leadership, interpersonal, and time management skills, as well as a high energy level and results-oriented approach. Additionally, you must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or related discipline.
