About the Role

The Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) plays a vital role in supporting clients in developing and practicing essential skills. Working closely with the lead clinician, the BHT ensures standardization of treatment across various settings, including the home, community, and school. This position requires a high level of intensity in implementing interventions defined in the Treatment Plan, allowing clients to practice these skills and ensuring caregivers can provide consistent support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement interventions as defined in the Treatment Plan
  • Support clients in practicing essential skills
  • Ensure standardization of treatment across various settings
  • Maintain frequent contact with the lead clinician to discuss treatment revisions and progress
  • Collect data for team analysis
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in behavioral health or equivalent education and training
  • Clearances: PA State Child Abuse Clearance, Pennsylvania State Criminal Background Check, and FBI Clearance
