Job Title: Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality services to students with communication disorders.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and diagnosing speech and language disorders in students, developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs), and providing direct therapy services to students both one-on-one and in small groups.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and diagnose speech and language disorders in students
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with communication needs
  • Provide direct therapy services to students both one-on-one and in small groups
  • Monitor and document students' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
  • Collaborate with teachers and school staff to integrate speech and language goals into classroom activities
  • Educate and support parents and guardians on strategies to support their child's communication development
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Active licensure in New Hampshire
  • Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) is preferred
  • Previous school-based experience is highly preferred, but not required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
