As a mental health clinician at Thriveworks, you'll have the flexibility to see a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions, allowing you to work in a way that suits your style. Compensation

We offer a highly competitive salary, ranging from $80,000 to $137,200 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications. Plus, enjoy additional bonus opportunities and a range of benefits designed to support your well-being and career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality individual, couples, and family therapy sessions to clients
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress
  • Collaborate with other clinicians to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A valid license in Massachusetts (LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, or PhD/PsyD)
  • A minimum of 1 year of post-licensure experience in mental health settings
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for delivering exceptional patient care
