Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized patient care and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care

  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Requirements
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
  • Registered Nurse diploma or Associate Degree
  • Experience in rehabilitation nursing or a related field
