Medical Claims Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Medical Claims Representative to join our team in Statesboro, GA. As a Medical Claims Representative, you will be responsible for answering phone calls, reviewing and resolving outstanding balances, responding to payer correspondence, investigating claim rejections, verifying insurance eligibility, and other tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities:- Answer phone calls and respond to payer correspondence
- Review and resolve outstanding balances
- Investigate claim rejections and verify insurance eligibility
- Perform other tasks as needed
- 1-2 years of experience in medical billing and insurance verification
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
