Evening Server

KMG Hotels is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Evening Bartender/Server to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.

• Greet and welcome guests, taking beverage and food orders in a prompt and professional manner.
• Be attentive to guests' needs, ensuring their satisfaction and comfort throughout their stay.
• Prepare food and beverages for service, presenting dishes according to established health and presentation standards.
• Monitor guest behavior and consumption, notifying management of incidents involving excessive alcohol consumption or impaired condition.
• Clear and clean tables efficiently, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
• Perform opening and closing duties as required, ensuring the department is prepared for the next shift.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure excellent quality and service.
• May receive guest payments and process transactions as outlined in the cash and charge procedures.

• Availability to work between 5pm-10pm, Sundays to Saturdays, including weekends and holidays.
• Previous server experience is preferred but not necessary.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide great customer service.
