Job Responsibilities
As a Progressive Care Nurse, you will:
- Conduct thorough assessments, develop care plans, and implement physician orders.
- Administer medications, manage wound care, and monitor vital signs.
- Utilize computerized documentation systems to record and communicate patient conditions effectively.
- Educate patients and their families as part of a collaborative care team.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you should possess:
- A degree in nursing from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure with the Tennessee Board of Nursing.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within six months of hire.
- A minimum of one year of clinical nursing experience is preferred.
