Foreman - Overhead (GPC) Leader

Pike Electric, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Foreman - Overhead (GPC) to join our team. As a key member of our construction, maintenance, and repair team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical overhead distribution systems.

• Lead and manage a team of line workers and foremen to ensure safe and efficient completion of projects.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of crew members, ensuring compliance with company safety rules and regulations.
• Conduct pre-job briefings and tailgate meetings to ensure crew members are aware of project requirements and safety protocols.
• Perform rigorous physical labor, including climbing, lifting, and working at heights.
• Identify and locate puller and tensioner setups, and understand grounding procedures.
• Work safely with energized high voltage systems, and possess a working knowledge of line protection devices.
• Coordinate and inspect the work of crew members, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

• 5-year minimum of recent field experience in electrical distribution systems.
• Able to read and communicate effectively in English.
• Valid CDL and safe driving record.
• Ability to work long hours, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as required.
• Ability to lift in excess of 50 lbs and perform rigorous physical labor.
