Staff Registered Nurse RN System Float

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Registered Nurse RN to join our team as a System Float RN. This is a unique opportunity to work in a variety of settings and gain valuable experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Job Summary:- As a System Float RN, you will have the opportunity to work in multiple units and departments, including medical-surgical, ICU, and ED.
- You will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- This is a full-time position with a 36-hour workweek and 12-hour shifts.
- You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and develop your skills in a variety of settings.
- Provide high-quality patient care and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Work in multiple units and departments, including medical-surgical, ICU, and ED.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse RN.
- Basic Life Support BLS certification.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
