Job Title: Network Infrastructure Architect

We are seeking an experienced Network Infrastructure Architect to join our team at The Swift Group. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure networking solutions that support our program. This includes evaluating and enhancing operational efficiency through effective management of firewalls and VPNs, collaborating with development teams to integrate new technologies into the existing network, and establishing best practices for network security.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement secure networking solutions on-prem to hybrid versions built on AWS.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud services and optimize network infrastructure for application performance and reliability.
  • Develop and maintain network documentation, including diagrams and operational procedures.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in cloud & networking.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience working with hybrid networks, commercial cloud platforms, or similar roles, particularly in Defense & Intelligence Communities.
  • Strong knowledge of at least one provider (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, etc).
  • Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or Bash for automation.
