Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Anthropologie. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving sales and providing an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Experience: Engage with customers in a personalized way, making them feel welcome, heard, and valued.
  • Sales Floor Support: Support a selling environment in all areas of the sales floor by connecting with multiple customers and sharing product suggestions.
  • Frictionless Customer Experience: Utilize technology to transact in the moment, find sizes and colors, and place orders for items not available in store.

Teamwork and Communication:

  • Build Relationships: Build productive relationships with peers, ask for support when needed, and make an effort to help others.
  • Product Knowledge: Participate in the learning and sharing of product knowledge, current trends, and personal styling priorities to inspire the customer.
  • Team Morale: Contribute to a positive team morale by participating in store initiatives and highlighting peers and leaders.
  • Feedback: Provide insights related to the customer and employee experience and communicate feedback to Store Leadership.

Visual and Business Operations:

  • Service and Selling: Understand your contribution to service and selling on every shift to impact the store's business.
  • Shipment Process: Support the shipment process to gain awareness of product, including what's new and what's restock.
  • Visual Standards: Maintain Anthropologie's visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer.

Qualifications:

  • Anthropologie Brand Fan: Be an enthusiastic fan of the Anthropologie brand.
  • Customer Service Experience: Have experience in customer service.
  • Team Player: Be a team player with the ability to work collaboratively with others.
  • Flexibility: Be available to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
