As a key member of our nursing staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our department.

Estimated Annual Salary: $120,000 - $160,000About the Role:
  • As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for overseeing patient care, ensuring that all nursing regulations are met, and prioritizing tasks to enhance responsibility and promote our organization's mission.
  • You will utilize your expertise and critical thinking skills to evaluate patients, identify nursing diagnoses, develop personalized care plans, and assess patient responses.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluating patients to determine their individual needs and developing comprehensive care plans to address these needs.
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of patient information, including medical history, test results, and treatment plans.
Requirements:
  • Two years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in Labor and Delivery or a related field.
  • A current RN license in the state of Texas.
  • Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire.
