Role Overview:
A dynamic and growing finance team seeks a highly skilled professional to oversee general ledger activities, including reconciliations, accruals, and financial analysis. This leadership position offers an opportunity to contribute to the company's financial future by mentoring accounting team members and driving process improvements.

This role involves overseeing account reconciliations, accruals, and reserves in accordance with GAAP, monitoring intercompany transactions, and providing support for daily treasury operations. The successful candidate will lead, mentor, and develop accounting team members, prepare audit schedules, and provide analysis to support the year-end audit process.

About You:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum of 6+ years of relevant accounting experience, including 2 years of supervisory experience.

The estimated salary range for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum.
