They are in search of a seasoned Senior Tax Accountant to enhance their expanding team. Reporting directly to the Tax Director, the successful candidate will oversee intricate tax filings and deliver strategic tax counsel to clients. This position provides a hybrid work model, facilitating a blend of on-site and remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and evaluate complex federal and state tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations.
  • Conduct thorough tax research and offer strategic tax planning and advisory services.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and prompt communication.
  • Assist with tax audits and liaise with tax authorities.
  • Remain informed on tax legislation and industry developments to ensure compliance and uncover opportunities for clients.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in tax accounting, ideally within a CPA firm.
  • CPA certification or progress towards CPA is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in tax software and MS Office applications.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Compensation:

  • Base salary range: $90,000 - $110,000
