">About the Role

The successful candidate will work closely with students, families, and staff to create a supportive and inclusive environment.

This is a 10-month (school year) position that follows the Massachusetts school calendar, providing a unique blend of stability and challenge.

Key Responsibilities

The Crisis Intervention Counselor will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining a safe and respectful environment
  • Providing individualized support to students
  • Collaborating with teachers and other professionals to develop effective strategies

Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A patient and empathetic approach

We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - 60,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including:
