Key Responsibilities- Build relationships with clients and develop knowledge of Northwestern Mutual's financial products and market trends.
- Educate yourself through sponsored licensing and registration, as well as ongoing development, to provide expert advice to clients.
- Influence clients to take action through expert recommendations and presentations.
- Take ownership of developing and managing your business, reviewing and maintaining client financial plans, and providing optimum advice for your clients' needs.
- 4-year degree or equivalent professional work experience.
- Entrepreneurial ambitions and a history of success in sales, athletics, military, client services, or client-facing roles.
- Excellent time-management skills and a desire for continuous learning.
- Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.
